Your business partners will love you, because deals with you will go quickly and without lawyers.

Rest Easy

You’ll sleep well knowing that any changes to your contracts are specifically called out. No surprises!

We’ve built standardized contracts using decades
of legal experience.

We know what legal terms will satisfy the best companies

We aren’t biased toward either side and recommend fair terms.

Stop wasting time and money on lawyers
Let Standardized Contracts do the heavy legal lifting.

Contracts are complicated for a reason, but they don’t need to be completely re-negotiated every time. Once your attorneys review a Standardized Contract once to confirm it works for your business, you can use that form over and over without ever needing to pay your attorney again.

Simple Pricing

There are no sign-up fees and no ongoing subscription. Just pay $18 for each contract you initiate. The party receiving your contract will need to register, so that they have online access to your contract, but they don’t need to pay anything.
